How can I pay? You can pay with cash, check or with a credit card.
What are the costs? Most services are $30.00 for the first hour and then $15.00 per hour (rounded to the nearest quarter hour) after the first hour. A mileage charge of $0.40 per mile may be added in addition to the hourly rate. Some services may have higher or lower costs depending on the service.
How will I know what I will be charged? The charge of the service will be provided (and confirmed) to you when you place your order.
Can get this service as a gift for a friend of mine? We can issue a gift certificate for a certain number of hours of service for a certain dollar amount of value. Just click on our Gift Certificates page.
How do I place an order? You can either call us at 615-573-3164 or click on the Contact Us tab. We will confirm every order via a phone call.
How do I know it is done or that it will be on time? We will contact you to let you know that the project/errand is in process and will contact you when it is completed.

How much lead time do I need to give? We prefer to have a 24-hour lead time however a reasonable lead time would be appreciated.
Can I get business references before I decide? Sure. We can provide names and numbers to people who would be glad to offer their opinions of their experiences with us. Click on Testimonials for more referrals.
Cancellations Cancellation of services less than four (4) hours prior to the start of service may result in a charge of 50% of the total service period. The reason for a cancellation charge is that we may be traveling to the destination of your project costing us time and fuel.
Surcharges Immediate service requests with less then a two (2) hour notice, will be charged an additional $10.00. Emergency service (those service requests with less then a one (1) hour notice will be charged an additional $15.00.
